I'm ana, and i'm currently studying to be an english professor. I'm from Argentina and I'm 22 years old.
I always loved studyblrs and i wanted to have one so bad... but never tried it 🥺
I have lots of favorite things: cinema (films and shows), marilyn monroe, history, astronomy, photography, stationery, art, video games, lofi music, tea, organizing and decorating, exercising and more !
Up for download today is this 3 bedroom, 3 bath modern, yet, still classy, family home. The layout was designed with intent so that each room feels both unique and separated, while the modern windows and archways bring everything together for that open-concept feel you might prefer or are familiar with!
I’ve uploaded every Sims 2 bonus item from various different places into compilations so you can download them all much, much easier. I’ve reorganized everything as well so you can find specific files more efficiently. All items have been updated and fixed as needed.

Some of you might be thinking 'hey, those look familiar'. I've done edits of Feenwald's Quite Simple Curtains before (with Feenwald's permission, per her TOU). Last year, I edited them to be shiftable and repo'ed them to the Jonesi bed blanket and AFSolids. I use them a lot, and I decided to take another swing at them, now that I'm more capable in Milkshape than I used to be.
[textures shown above are not included - some are by me, some aren't - please read the notes toward the bottom]
This is time around I added two more texture repo's, bedding and crib bedding. I also tweaked the mesh some more. The original curtains are backless. Now they have backs. I also made them all one piece, per length, instead of separate left, right, and rod. I did this partly to to make them faster and easier to set up, but also to cut down on the number of files. It does come at the cost of versatility. No mixing and matching left and right anymore. They can only match now. I think it's a reasonable trade-off, especially if you've hit the object limit a few times, like I have. They're still hilariously low-poly. They're around 200 polys each.
These are the five texture repo options...
QS original:
(They're not this dark indoors. My staging "room" is outdoors on an unoccupied lot. Dunno why they're so dark here.)
Jonesi Bed Blanket:
AFSolids:
Bedding:
Crib bedding:
Note 1: The download includes all five versions of the curtains, in three lengths each, along with the items they're repo'ed to. Each version is in its own folder, with any required file(s). If you have my older edits or Feenwald's originals, these won't conflict.
Note 2: For the crib bedding repo'ed versions, some textures will be upside-down. It's a result of the way crib textures are made, and I can't do anything about it. I went with the texture orientation that would work for the most recolors.
Note 3: GUID's are random and I have all EP's and SP's.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The file "FW-MASTER-Gardine01-Stange01" in the folder "kalux_FW_QScurtains_redux_shiftable" is REQUIRED for ALL of the curtains. It's the master texture for ALL of the curtain rods. If the rods are invisible, this is why!
