"yeah i am smarter than you, i made you do all the painstakingly hard work, then i was gonna run off into the sunset with the treasure, it was fool proof, really. you had to mess it up." nora was teasing him, seeing how her words had riled him up, but not entirely let his guard down much to her disappointment. "five pieces?" her voice conveyed disgust at how little he had offered her and while his offer was tempting, generous for their predicament even, nora wanted everything, five pieces wouldn't suffice for her — she doubted it would even pay off a fraction of her debts. "you're being a bit stingy, don't you think? after pulling a knife on me, i deserve at least ten." she knew that negotiating in her current state was ridiculous but with him being a smidge less of an asshole as she originally thought, she may as well push her luck. "ooo so scary, i'm so scared, the knife in your hand terrifies me, i'm petrified of the idea," she was openly laughing now, his threat felt more like a joke to her, he hadn't truly hurt her during their fight and she knew he could have.
