I'm just starting season 8 so I haven't watched this yet but I have seen the gifset enough times to know that it is absolutely going to SHRED my SOUL when I do.

I couldn’t watch season 8 or 9 properly, I had to fast forward to MSR scenes because Gillian is SO believable when she plays Scully pinning and mourning for Mulder I literally die inside and cry when I see it (even in gifset form).

Love that he smiles when he sees he got her and she laughs at their bit, delighted he’s still her bat crap crazy Mulder.
