My mom has fairly severe respiratory issues and is recovering from joint replacement; her PT told her the same info about sleeping/sitting positions and how they impact the lungs. Fascinating.

Sleeping on my stomach helped me so much!!

If possible, take hot showers. The steam helped loosen all the gunk in my lungs and helped out with the body aches. If you can’t stand, sit. But don’t fall asleep like I did.

If you’ve got nausea, get yourself some ginger tea - easier on your throat than Ginger Ale.

Seriously guys, this shit sucks, and I hope none of you get it. But if you do, I hope this helps out a little bit.

Whenever I think about snoop I remember that episode of cribs where he lived in an unusually modest house compared to everyone else on that show, spent the entire time with his young daughter hugging onto his leg and dragging her around as he walked. He even talked about how he didn’t want his kids to be musicians and that he just wants them to have a chance at a normal life / he doesn’t wish music career drama on anyone

The dude is mega down to earth for having a networth of 135 million dollars and staying relevant for longer than some of the top charting musicians have been alive

Wolf reintroduction in Yellowstone has changed the ecosystem *significantly*.

One remarkable thing that was not predicted that demonstrates how interlinked these things are:

Wolf eat elk.

Elk eat fewer willows.

Willows become healthier.

Number of beavers increase.

Number of songbirds increase.

Overall health of streams increases.

Number of fish increases.

Water table stabilizes.

This is called a “trophic cascade” and we normally see them as bad things. But a positive trophic cascade is an amazing thing, and apparently nobody predicted this one.

What they didn’t predict was that wolf predation would keep elk on the move so they wouldn’t overgraze a specific area.

When the elk overgrazed the willows, they removed the best source of food for beavers during the winter.

Once that stopped happening, the beaver population rebounded and it turns out beavers are pretty good for the entire ecosystem.

I didn't mind all the Easter eggs I collected the whole 12 days

But what shall I do with them now?

Maybe they should have made the easter DIYs harder, like with at least 5 eggs per type and not just 1 or 2 eggs..

I thought on bunny day you could get other stuff from him, but just the 3 things was really disappointing

At least they could have had more objects that you can get when giving him 6 eggs of different types, like with the fishing tournament
