im tired of life honestly
i wish i could somehow reconfigure my mind to not be depressed. i wish i could see the good in life. i wish i could not care so much. i wish that i wouldn’t backstab myself every chance i get. i wish that i could be okay with being alone. i wish that i could stop burdening my mother and making her sleep with me at my ripe age of 17 because i might do something bad. i wish that i had access to sharp things in my home. my mom doesn’t even trust me with that, godforbid my medication. that might be next on the list to go. i don’t blame her, of course i dont. if i was my mother i wouldnt trust me with a knife either.
i have outbursts. i do bad things. yet people still love and care for me. why? i push people away. i leave texts on delivered for days just because i don’t have the energy to type out a simple response. i complain. im complaining right now. i pull my hair and ball my fists when i get overwhelmed because i dont know how else to handle it. i hit myself. i do bad things. so why do people still stay with me?
honestly, ive told myself that i dont have a place in this universe. sometimes i wish i could be a star. stars don’t burn, they shine. i want to shine. i want to be looked at how people look at the north star and gape in awe. i want to be loved, i want to have a blank mind, a blank canvas. yet i make myself so unloveable and so full of horribleness. instead, i am a dying star. a dying star that’ll soon burst into a supernova, a massive and luminous explosion. because, as always, if im exiting— it’s with a show.
