Whole30 Day 2 Lunch and Dinner Lunch was two hard boiled eggs, roasted Brussels sprouts, roast sweet potato with coconut oil and cinnamon and clementines. Lime sparkling water to drink. Not picture 5 black olives. Dinner was stir fried veggies and ground turkey with half a pear cut up. Water for drink.
Crazy morning means Larabar for breakfast. Excited to eat my lunch though. Whole30 day 2 round 2

Salad for lunch with the weekend ingredients. Not my favorite. Looking forward to dinner tonight!
Stressful day ahead: two proposal to submit: two hour delay means I had a huge healthy breakfast to keep stress eating away. Protein: hard boiled eggs with brussel sprouts roasted in avacado oil and sea salt. Also sweet potato chips roasted in coconut oil, cinnamon, salt and pecans.
Lunch today is Spanish lime chicken with olive oil roasted brussel sprouts and yellow squash, as well as chilled sweet potato cinnamon whip and a side of fruit. #getinmybelly #yumminess

September 2014 was the time I woke up and needed a change. It had been building for some time but with the help of friends and determination I have lost 25 pounds. I'm not done and it's less about weight and more about health but it truly is as simple as choosing yourself and your health. Thank you to everyone along the way.
2-18 breakfast was two hard boiled eggs with black coffee then peppermint tea. I was in a rush. I felt super hungry a few hours later and had a Lara bar. Not a big fan but I did find one I like (coconut). Lunch is baked lime and pepper chicken with roasted Brussels sprouts, guac and a clementine. I'm still eating whole30 only food but it's now my life style. I'm using more fruit now but trying to limit it for weight loss reasons.
So some of the meals from my weekend. I didn't eat the sauce or muffin. So officially I cannot be whole45 because I made two choices this weekend that were non-compliant foods. 1st was sugarless gum on the plane which I'm completely fine with because my ears needed it for flying and second I had 4 authentic Mexican homemade tortilla chips. I decided it was special and wanted to taste some. I only had four and did not want any more. Everything else has been completely whole30. I feel good and I will continue to eat this way. However, since I chose to have the gum (I will have another piece tonight on the plan home and the tortilla chips (4) my whole30 straight program ends)
