Part 1 of 2. I never trusted Caitlyn too much..

Vi/Cait was a really popular request in my inbox, so I’m giving you my two cents of their relationship. Someone mentioned Vi being quite a dork, and I can agree with.that; I like to think of her being the awkward one in the relationship.

Just got procreate and decided to test it out by drawing a delicious cupcake haha.

Excuse the quality, minimal editing was done here. As an asexual adult, I can’t overstate how much this scene resonated with me. Cyd is young and discovering sex for the first time and she assumes her Aunt Miranda–unmarried, never been married, single–must necessarily be wanting for something because her life lacks a sexual relationship. Miranda gently but firmly shuts her down, pointing out to Cyd that not everyone needs sex to be happy. If Cyd does, that’s fine, but Miranda doesn’t, and that’s also fine. I thought it was handled so beautifully. Whether Miranda is asexual or not, it’s nice to see a refutation of the idea that anyone who is not having sex must wish they were.

Been listening to the audiobook for the Parasitology series and I love it so much! It actually got me drawing on my free time which hasn’t happened in quite some time. I just had to draw some fan art :DDDDDD. @seananmcguire
