so. you might think my posts lately look almost the same. you’re absolutely right. because lately all i do is wake up, get breakfast, go to the study room of my dorm, do whatever assignment i have or study for one of my three coming exams, eat dinner and crawl back to my bed, then not be able to sleep and try to survive the next day with only 5 hours of sleep. but 🖐🏻 no worries! i’ll survive the final weeks and after that i’ll have a winter break for a month!!! that’s how i gaslight myself into thinking i’m doing fine and gonna be okay to be honest. well, the thing is, you don’t have to be 100% motivated, all focused all the time. it’s alright to feel tired and simply fed up. that’s okay. and it will pass. even if it might take longer thank you expect. it will pass. so that’s okay. and that’s what i say to myself when i’m grabbing my sink and looking myself in the eye in the mirror.
