When you write, when you create, you aren’t doing it for others - you do if for you first, it’s your masterpiece before it’s someone else’s.

Sometimes I wonder why it’s so easy to forgot, to slip into that mind frame that you need to impress. You don’t!

It’s your work, it’s your art, the only person you need to impress is you; the only person who needs to understand and feel something is you.

Everyone else that accompanies you, that appreciates your creative genius, that’s just a bonus.
