Hey y'all! I'm not so new to this whole... *Being seen* thing. I'm a writer (sorta) and artist (occasionally). Multi fandom but you probably know me for my Call of Duty stuff (I'm sorry 😔)

I've been busy lately if you were curious on why I haven't been writing, but I still try to when I have the time/energy

Well. It's been a journey.

But... She's done:

Ignore that I had to take a picture in my bathroom- it's the most well lit area I've got at this time of night.

But here it is!! Disco!! My one of a kind Eridian oc plush, designed and made by me~

It took many long nights, hurting my hands, running out of my yarn THREE FUCKING TIMES-, having to watch the Trolls trilogy (would hickory), and fighting my own instincts to never finish a project.

Disco~

Disco (she/it) is 274 years old and an Eridian doctor! Originally working as a space elevator mechanic, a freak accident left their carapace completely broken. Using a very experimental surgery, they received a new, very *very* shiny, synthetic shell!

Their new carapice is based on Synthetic Ritual!

It's very shiny!

Being lab grown, their carapace doesn't resonate nearly the same, making her somewhat of a social outcast. That doesn't matter though, as with the accident they ended up finding her true calling! Medicine!

Now they work with other disabled eridians, known especially for how gentle and kind she is with her younger pebble patients. She lets them "see" inside of her (perks of her being lab grown and a much more pure rock, there's less for sound to bounce off of making her insides almost visible) and uses their own experience to make pebbles feel less alone.

Onto character design:

They're a perfect icosahedron (basically a d20) with their vents protected by a slightly raised section on top. She's relatively symmetrical, with the only real way to distinguish different sides being the few parts of her legs that are her original carapice- basalt!

Anyways, I am *more* than willing to answer any questions about her. Y'know... If you wanna ask 👉👈

Also Grace absolutely calls her "Rihanna" as a joke (shine bright like a diamond 🎵) and Disco has such a negative reaction and does such big stompies that he doesn't try ever again.

Been watching a buncha movies lately, and many of them feature anthropomorphic animals as part of their story!

Here's my ranking so far:

In last place is Zootopia, I get what they were trying to do and they did a fine job, but others are better. People wiser than me have made better arguments. Also it was just a less interesting movie. Haven't watched Zootopia 2 yet but it's on the list, I'll probably edit my thoughts in later. If I don't wanna pester my remaining pookies in my timezone who *aren't* sick of my shenanigans, I gotta make posts. Would Nick Wild tho

Then is The Bad Guys (1 and 2). There are seven animal fellas in this movie, and none of them are background characters. Unlike Zootopia and the next movie on this list, we've got a mix of animals and humans. And the animal allegory is used for "I was born like this/I can try to be good anyways". I really enjoyed the movies though! I think I liked the first one more than the second, even though Kitty was a better villain than Marmalade. Would Mr. Wolf tho

And the best one? GOAT. That's that one new-ish Sony movie. It has a shit name, but I liked the movie itself! Will never has a moment where he gets on the court and then fucks up and then the team hates him- THANK GOODNESS. I hate that trope. Jett is so cool also, she has a great character arc and makes for an amazing not-quite-villain-but-still-antagonistic-to-our-main-character! Whole thing is racism against small animals done by big animals. I think part of the thing I like with how it has anthro animals is how they're not *too* different in sizes that the world seems built against one size (like in Zootopia). Yes there is the whole small vs. big, but Will actually fits in with the others! You still have the difference in body types, but they still seem part of the same society. Also I *love* that Roarball is played more on four legs than two, is multi-species, and for men and women! Jett, the best player? She's a woman. A strong, badass, awesome woman that I kinda wanna kiss. Also would Modo, not even a question.

Uhhh moral of this story is that I'm a furry. The end.

Just watched Spies in Disguise...

I am presently surprised?

I'm not saying it's a masterpiece of modern media, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!

Not that I have very good taste tho lmao-

Anyways, I'm gonna yap under the cut. Spoilers ahead! And y'know what? I actually suggest you watch it before reading this! It won't change your life or anything, but it's a way to pass an hour forty.

First thing I noticed- weird amount of anal jokes??

Whatever, there are also some pretty funny jokes! Can I think of any off the top of my head hmmm m I'll look? No. But hey! There is some funny stuff! I think!!

More importantly, there are some pretty good characters.

Will Smi- I MEAN LANCE. LANCE STERLING. Mr. Spy, Lance Sterling, he's got a pretty generic character arc but it's appealing anyways! He starts off as a big shot spy, making quips and using gadgets and such. Then he gets turned into a very angry pigeon, befriends Walter, turns *back* human, but clearly cares about his... Whatever Walter is to him, and then he learns that maybe violence isn't the answer. He's also... *So* ugly. I'm sorry, that's mean, but... Ough. His face. Why is it so small and high up, why is he so chin. I hate him.

Walter! He... Doesn't hate himself? Idk, he's the generic "pathetic white boy who you lowkey highkey wanna shove into a locker but also very smart". He likes pigeons!

Lovie! She's great!! She wants to kill a man!!!!!

Marcy is amazing, Eyes and Ears are such fun characters even though they don't get much characterization, Joy wants to stick by her best spy and is really cool (I like that), and...

Killian.

He's the bad guy, in case you couldn't tell by the name *KILLian*, and. Um. Hm. Okay not only is it cool that he points out how "you. blew. me. up. IS THAT A GOOD GUY THING TO DO??", He's also... I kinda wanna kiss him.

No but seriously, I do think he's a pretty good villain! And it's a pretty good movie!
