I relate to this a little too much ATM. I admitted for the first time in my life, to my best friend of 11 years, that I have an ed.
The tricky part is that she seems to also be dealing with an ed and other problems of her own. Turns out this is the reason we have been terrible friends to each other the past few years and barely talk anymore.
How ironic could life get?
Also if anyone has ever had blood vessels bust on their face from puking let me know. I could really use some ampathy on that one.

Changes For Plus Size Ana’s
• Roles fading/getting smaller
• Working out feels easier and easier
• Jiggling is felt less
• Generally less sweaty
• Feeling lighter (idk how to explain this feeling being different for plus size people it just is)
• Feet getting smaller (noticeably happens to me but not everyone)
• Fat gets in your way so much less (when bending over, walking somewhere narrow, etc.)
• Chub rub gets less intense or happens less
• Stairs don’t kill you anymore
• Getting cold more often
• Shaving takes less time because there’s less to shave
• Feeling content with less food than even thinner people
• Feeling and seeing BONES (this is so exciting to me idk why)
I am a plus size ana so don’t get offended if you think I’m pulling this shit out of my ass. I have experienced most of these at one point or another and let me tell you, it’s amazing. I can’t tell you how many posts I’ve seen that I just can’t relate to like “Finally seeing ribs” or “Fitting into an xs” or something like that. Hopefully I do someday but rn I need more tailored motivation. It sucks not having that. Obviously, these don’t apply to everyone, but this is for me and to show other people what it’s like being a big ana, so it doesn’t matter.
Breaking
It is now the day before my birthday and I am covered in rashes unable to sleep or think or do anything besides resist the urge to scratch. I know I need to eat healthy for a while to fix this.........

To keep it short and simple within a matter of two weeks, my mom died, I started seeing a new therapist and finals started.
I hated my mom
I hate my therapist
I hate myself
Glad to be back.
I HAVE to gain some f****** control back in my life.

I have utterly fallen off the wagon.
My mother died over a week ago and it has greatly impacted me.
I have been binging and purging like crazy.
I need to get some control over myself and focus...

Have been so stressed and depressed the last few days.

Fast Update
I knew at home I would be super tempted to eat all the delicious, vegan, low-cal stuff I stocked up on so very soon after my last update I rushed off to school to focus on studying and be alone without the temptation of food.
Last night before bed I premade a healthy small meal for me to eat once my fast is over. Past me knew that future me, freshly off a fast, would more than likely want to binge on something horrible, defeating the purpose of the fast.
Currently I am with my boyfreind, who is now eating his lunch and SUPER distracting me from studying. After I post this and skim some quick thinspo I am going to go on a quick walk around campus to re-focus myself.
Over-all I feel really good about the fast. I am trying to make up a nice fasting schedule to go off of. Any helpful tips would be more than welcomed. After accomplishing some 24 hour fasts I would like to bump up to 36 hour fasts. Don’t want to go over 48 hours though!
