A recap on the situation of Project: Eden's Garden so far

I am thoroughly disappointed with what has come to be about this project, and somewhat emotional, so please forgive me if this feels disorganized. I apologize to my mutuals but if you could please reblog and make others aware of this, I would very much appreciate it.
For those who follow me and are not aware, Project: Eden's Garden is a project that was inspired by the popular series Danganronpa. It's a game that has the prologue and the first chapter out, fully voice acted and animated. While I had drifted away from most fan-made Danganronpa projects due to my interests changing, I was excited about this one in particular.
Unfortunately, that excitement has been squandered to nothing but ashes as of this month. One of the former voice actors, fazachm, aka Faza, had been outed as a gr00mer recently this year. He had been dating a minor (14/15 year old) while he was 20 and had explicit material involving children.

Now, this in itself is already disturbing, because it is such a power imbalance between the adult and the minor. This had been brought up to the lead director of the team, Sozzay. Obviously, you would think that they would resolve it, right?
No. They did not.
The project lead protected this disgusting adult by not speaking out about when they were told until it became public for reasons that are unclear to me.
This was the first statement made by the co-director of the project. It feels very lackluster and it's very vague. Now, this is because these accusations were fresh, and the team was just finding out about Faza's past actions. I, frankly, do not blame them for making this statement when they were still grappling with everything.
On the same light, another voice actor, Aji, willingly decided to step down from their role due to this. I fully support this decision, and understand.

Earlier today, the team co-director and another worker of the project came forward with another statement.
This is more complete. More honest. And it's the type of apology/statement I wish to see more from content creators who have fucked up. This is accountability.
This is mostly where my post would have ended if I made it at 3pm today.
Unfortunately, this is not where it ends.
Just earlier, another fan-made Danganronpa Project, Kill/Cure: Beautiful Vice, released a document on Twitter.

Two leads in this project knew about this. And they let the victim interact with their groomer in the official server.

This all makes me fucking sick.
It makes me sick to think they would brush these allegations like nothing just for the sake of their project. You don't do that. You don't willingly brush away the horrible actions of a member of your team for the sake of the project you are creating.
You get rid of the cancer inside your team and continue with the project. If you have to replace the cancer, then you replace it. If you keep the cancer inside your team, it will continue to fester and grow. And this is exactly what happened.
As this situation is rather fresh, I'm sure more evidence will be coming to light, and I will do my best to update this post or reblog it with the new information.
This is a disgusting situation that should have never happened in the first place.
