群眾募資產業的生態系統

群眾募資（Crowdfunding）在今日的世界裡面日漸重要，更延伸出了不同的商業模式。 其中投資型募資（Investment Crowdfunding）更是被認為改革投資方式的重要創新。在專案型募資的提案數、成功案件、募資金額不斷的成長，而投資型募資的平台以及案件數也不斷增長的情況下，群眾募資已不只是一個募資管道，而是快速成長的產業。逐漸擴大的產業漸漸成為一個完整的生態系統，針對投資型募資不同階段的需求，更出現了各種的服務。 The Crowd Cafe的創辦人 Jonathon Sandlund，最近針對美國的群眾募資的生態系統撰寫了一篇文章（原文連結）。
文章中將生態系統分為六大類服務。這些服務主要針對美國市場以及投資型募資，只有少部分可通用於Reward-based的募資。歐洲由於投資募資的逐漸成熟，也慢慢出現相關的產品。亞洲由於群眾募資萌芽較晚，投資型募資尚未成熟，週邊的服務尚未完整，同時也可能是新進市場創業者的切入機會。

誰會使用這樣的服務呢？包含Venture Funds, Angel Groups, 學校、Accelerators，當然還有後進的募資平台。除此之外，地方社群以及非營利組織，更是可能的顧客之一。這樣的服務可提供公開募資或者是私人募資。現在也有一些募資平台順勢推出類似的服務，例如Seedinvest最近推出的Halo。 財務檢驗服務 平台是此項服務的主要顧客。這些服務的內容主要是讓交易更快速、更簡單，最後，讓平台更容易擴張。此大項中包含多項服務，例如Amazon Payment提供金流的服務。CrowdCheck、Crowdentials、Crowdclear等服務則是提供投資人以及平台進行提案公司，甚至是投資者的檢驗，了解他們是否符合SEC的規定。下列也列出相似的服務：

媒體及教育 這些公司提供的是報導、分析群眾募資產業的最新消息。同時提供市場教育以及活動的分享。這些公司也通常會主辦活動以及提供顧問的服務，目前還沒有看到大型媒體以及公司切入這個領域，但相信不久的將來就會有了。這些媒體主要從三個角度切入：提案者、投資人以及整體產業。多半平台專注在投資群眾募資，而少部分則是也有報導Reward-based的專案。

總體上，在美國以及歐洲，群眾募資的Ecosystem正在快速的成長，也快速的演變當中。不同的服務不斷進化，規模也越來越大。投資人從不同的產業切入，讓更多的startups產生。對於非科技產業，並且有在地性的公司而言（例如：在你家社區附近，提供在地食材的小餐館），這也許會是一個未來募資的最佳管道。 在台灣，目前仍是Reward-based的群眾募資平台當道，投資性的平台由於政府法規，仍窒礙難行。新網站Flyingv.vc是台灣首個針對投資募資打造的平台，。 目前Reward-based的平台中，除了老牌的Flyingv（綜合）以及zeczec（文創）之外，希望解決食品安全的新募資平台“安心吃吧”讓我們看到了群眾募資不只是提供創業人夢想成真，更是可以解決社會問題的重要價值。
