this weekend i’m focusing on relaxing because i need it. yesterday, i watched they live on film at the movies, and i loved it. some more nice things to do:

im watching the new astérix et obélix show on netflix in french. it’s super nostalgic, fun, and perfect for practicing my listening comprehension

read jane eyre in bed, read at the park, read on the sofa, read everywhere

write a few journal entries

continue reading the female grotesque by mary russo because it’s so interesting

walk our family dog and pet the cat

listen to kate bush. i love her so much <3

lots of coffee and good food

enjoy the fresh air and the smells of fall

think about my paper topics and work on them a little without stressing over them

so yeah. taking it slow :)

finished part of my thesis work, but i'll do more during my work break! at this point, doing uni work is more rewarding than actual work (i can't believe this is what life has become). also, i'm in sync with my discord friends, today the weather is horrible in all of europe it seems.
