2. top 5 books of all time?
not in particular order but Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë, No Longer Human by Dazai Osamu, Plainwater by Anne Carson, A Hora da Estrela by Clarice Lispector, The Farthest Shore by Ursula K Le Guin.
8. what is the first book you remember reading yourself?
Meu Pé de Laranja Lima by José Mauro de Vasconcelos!!! I took it from my school's library and I don't know how old I was but I cried during half of this book.
10. do you have a guilty fav?
The Wicker King by K. Ancrum. It's the codependency for me, I'm not gonna lie. Psychotic boy convinces his homoerotic best friend of the existence of a world only he sees. BDSM undertones. I have a playlist for it and everything.
15. recommend and review a book.
I think you'd really enjoy Meu Pé de Laranja Lima by José Mauro. I think the name in english is My Sweet Orange Tree. I don't want to give you spoilers about it, but it has some of the themes you like and I think you'd like the way the protagonist is written.
20. what are things you look for in a book?
Honestly it depends on my mood lol but I tend to gravitate the most towards codependent and toxic relationships, horror, politics, beautiful prose, poetry, hope, death/grief and monstrosity specially in women.
Thanks for asking!!! <3
7 10 13 19 for the book asks 📚
7. is there a series/book that got you into reading?
It's not a book, but I grew up reading Turma da Mônica comics (I was very obsessed with the horror ones) and that was what got me into reading.
10. do you have a guilty fav?
The Wicker King by K. Ancrum. It is not the best book ever and the writing can be quite immature, but I have such big fondness for it.
13. do you have a goodreads?
I do! It has very few books tho I only made an account last year I think.
19. most disliked popular books?
Hunger by Choi Jinyoung. Everyone lied to me about this book. So confusing, nothing makes sense and bland characters, veryy boring. Also Katabasis by R.F Kuang. So disappointing cause I really liked the theme of hell as university, but genuinely what the fuck is the pacing of this book.
Thank you for asking!!! <3
Finished season one of Girl From Nowhere and I love her

“next time, i might become the new student in your school. be prepared. see you.”
found this site that lets you like, look at all the radio stations around the world, lets you connect to them and listen in
and obviously you can flit around between all the big stations, but it’s quite fun to go to the isolated green dots
I discovered a new band thanks to a station in cyprus, and now I’m listening to ‘chillout’ music being broadcast from kazahkstan
(http://radio.garden/)
ok i found this russian station way out in remote siberia which apparently according to the website is somewhere that looks like this
i cant understand a word of what’s said during the breaks but its fun
you just tuned in to my computer by mistake
that’s when my evening went from good to great
This is weirdly soothing to know what all of these people are doing around the world at this particular moment, who’s waking up and who’s going to sleep…
i’m listening to a station in barrow, alaska. they’re playing ‘my boyfriend’s back’.
my body knows something that i don’t and i can’t get her to talk to me
