** WATCH IN HD ** #theBestIsYetToCheung There are many different things that can bring two people together. For Cat (a former librarian and working on her 3rd Masters) and Andrew (a Program Manager for Microsoft) it was a love for dancing. Cat and Andrew first met at a dance competition in San Diego. Of all the 150 people they could have been paired with…they were matched together. They EVEN have the video from that first dance. If you want, go check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaymgEbS4FQ And when nearly all their dance friends are ALSO part of the wedding party, you know the dancing is going to be great. After Cat and Andrews dances, they wanted to recreate their Jack n’ Jill Competition at their wedding. Who knows!? Maybe another couple would find their true love. :) Even when wind and rain was thrown at their day, Cat and Andrew were super laidback and the night turned out to be one of elegance, celebration and TONS of fun. And nothing could say “elegant” more than the Ringling Museum. The History and architecture was stunning and beautiful. Even the galleries were open during Cocktail hour for the guests to enjoy. We LOVE tradition, and what could be more traditional than a Tea Ceremony. This is now the second wedding we’ve done with the Traditional Tea Ceremony. It’s a great moment between parents and children where they bless them and wish them good luck on their future together. Let’s talk about the cupcake toast for a minute. Instead of having a huge champagne toast, Cat and Andrew decided to have a “Cupcake” toast. And let me tell you, the cupcakes by Cakes by Ron, were far better than any champagne I’ve ever had! We ended the night with a great glow stick exit coming out of the Ringling and off the New Zealand Cat and Andrew went! Thank you Cat and Andrew for letting us be part of your day. It was truly and honor. Also, thank you to all the great vendors that helped make it such a great day.
