#8 - Maggie

Hm, Maggie, I’m not really sure what to think of her. For me, I’m not sold on her as a model, although she is incredibly pretty. However, I have to pay credit where its due, and in this shot, I actually think she’s working the garment well, which appears to be extremely hard to do. In this circumstance though, I really think that the way the wind has moved the headpiece makes the shot what it is, so do I think that Maggie’s a model? I’m not fully convinced yet.

#9 - Liz

Liz in this episode was, in simple terms, kind of a mess. But for that exact reason, I’m kind of loving it so far? Her mood was erratic, at most points she seemed like she was drunk, and about halfway through she was having a breakdown in front of Khrystyana. Same. Is this Lisa reincarnated, but more insane? Anyway, from this picture I am excited to see what she brings next. It’s not necessarily the most dynamic, and for me her legs look a little off, but her face is beautiful, and I’m so thankful that this season’s girls are all sizes- I love that!

#10 - Rio

Rio looks good here, but for me there is something missing. However, I think that her body is incredible and she has amazing potential, so I feel that she will go far in the competition based on first impressions.

#11 - Erin

I know this is a popular opinion, but like everyone else, I’m obsessed with Erin! It’s INSANE that she’s 42, she looks incredible! That being said, while she looks stunning in this picture, I have to admit that I feel like she played it a little safe with the pose, but besides that, her face is beautiful here, and I’m really excited to see what she has to offer next.

#12 - Christina

Ugh, Christina is so beautiful. She has perfect skin, a perfect high fashion face and she doesn’t look a day over 21 and she’s 34. But that attitude is AWFUL. On first impressions (looking at the promo pics) she was one of the models I was the most excited about, but I was so disappointed with her interactions with the judges! In terms of this shot, it looks so lazy and it’s a shame she isn’t putting her beauty to use! Part of me is hoping that she redeems herself and that the initial debacle was just a front, but the other half of me is pretty sure she’s going to be the villain of the season. Even though I’m secretly rooting for her, I couldn't help but laugh at Law saying her walk was trash. (skdjskaja)

#13 - Ivana

I think that Ivana is beautiful, and I’m OBSESSED with the diversity this cycle, (it’s been a long time coming) but I’m kind of disappointed with this shot. There is little guidance here and it isn’t screaming ‘model’ to me. That being said, I have high hopes for Ivana and hope she goes far in the competition!

#14 - Shanice

I have mixed feelings about Shanice. At some points I see potential, and then at others I’m not really sure. In this picture, the dress looks nice on her, but she’s not really bringing much to the shot. It’s hard to tell how well she’ll fare in the competition at this point considering that nobody has really been given a distinctive edit thus far, but I haven’t really made my mind up about her yet.

#15 - Sandra

When the promo pics were released for Cycle 24, despite Sandra’s ‘instragram girl’ label, I was enticed by her unique look but boy I was SO disappointed with this basic shot! Part of me wonders if Tyra decided to put her through to the final 15 to make her the Krislian of this year and create some kind of storyline for her, but I don’t know. Nonetheless, I hope this is just a fluke because her face literally looks like it’s been carved by the Gods.
