I started a new anti-anxiety medication recently and it has got me feeling pretty wonky. I know that there is an adjustment period and stuff so I am hoping this gets over with soon. I had the hardest time getting myself up this morning and my workout was weak. All I can do is try again tomorrow so hopefully it will be better!

That's the best way to look at it. New meds always make things "wonky". One day at a time.

Who am I

So, I'm basically talking to myself for now on here, but I'm hoping that will change. I'm 36, almost 37 and was diagnosed with a chemical imbalance that causes pretty significant anxiety attacks when left unchecked.
