Mike sinks to his knees, it’s like he can’t comprehend anything that just happened. It happened so fast..too fast.
As the upside down gate slowly turns into a very disheveled building, like nothing was even there in the first place…Will Byers suddenly collapses to the ground…apparently his connection to the upside down is stronger than expected
Will dies shortly after after eleven does and Mike blacks out after both of he two most important people in his life die.
He wakes up in his 12 year old body, the morning before Will’s disappearance and has to relive all of it but this time he knows. And he wants to make sure he doesn’t make the same mistakes as he did then.
