I love trans women that are proud of their masculine voices but I feel like they're way more celebrated than trans men with high or feminine voices. I see so much on my dash about supporting trans women's voices (which I don't want removed, I'm glad trans women are loved and supported!) but everything on a trans man's voice I see is "how to stop sounding nasally/buzzy so people actually like you". What if I like my voice. What if this is a comfortable register for me and I don't want to change it. Why can trans women be proud of their voice but I can't be proud of mine without it being described as annoying?
