This is based in the Teiko era near the end of it all when the Kiseki No Sedai was falling apart and then that game happened with that one guy (i can’t remember his name for the fucking life of me) and it all was just too much for the poor boy. plus he’s got the hanahaki disease that’s been getting stronger and more ever since his fight with aomine.
