Some TMI gang Christmas headcanons:-

1. Clary and Simon get the tree from one of those environment friendly tree farms. They spend most of the time there playing hide and seek among the trees.

2. Alec and Jace drag the tree through the entryway, getting mud everywhere.

3. Maryse starts shrieking about the mud as soon as she enters the institute. Kadir tries to subtly cover his ears.

4. Jace has baby Clace on his shoulders, helping her to put the angel on top of the tree.

5. Magnus complains about having an Angel on top of the tree but secretly he likes it because Rafe and Max made it.

6. Rafe is sitting next to his pregnant aunt Izzy with his hand on her stomach, trying to feel the baby kick.

7. Max is magically turning the Christmas ornaments into dinosaurs. Alec is exasperated by this.

8. Magnus is preparing all kinds of cocktails and Jace is trying to get everyone drunk.

9. Alec goes around placing mistletoe in every possible place Magnus could go. Magnus is secretly doing the same thing.

10. Clary is busy taking pictures of everyone and everything for her Annual Christmas Scrapbook.

11. Simon is diligently giving Izzy foot rubs and silently praying she doesn't have anymore weird food cravings. ( She used the strawberry jam as a dip for her turkey during Thanksgiving and liked it ).

12. In the end, almost all the adults (except Izzy) are pretty much tipsy. Jace puts a bow on himself and sits under the tree because "he is a gift to the world".
