Awareness of the absurd, when we first claim to deduce a rule of behavior from it, makes murder seem a matter of indifference, to say the least, and hence possible. If we believe in nothing, if nothing has any meaning and if we can affirm no values whatsoever, then anything is possible and nothing has any importance. There is no pro or con: the murderer is neither right nor wrong. We are free to stoke the crematory fires or to devote ourselves to the care of lepers. Evil and virtue are mere chance or caprice.

As an introvert, the best thing is finding someone who it isn’t draining to spend time with
It’s interesting trying to explain to people who don’t experience social exhaustion that there are some people who are less draining than others and then their are those who are mind numbingly exhausting. All socializing is not equal
When patients come to understand that they are neither disgusting nor mad, the next task is to find a language expressive of the unspeakable experiences contained in the animal identity. Part of the insight that we glean from Kafka is that, for many patients, ordinary language is inadequate to this task. In the chaotic household, abuse has substituted for language. In ‘In the Penal Colony’, Kafka explains why the suffering inmate has not been told what his crime was: ‘There would be no point in telling him, he’ll learn it on his body’. Ordinary language seems weak and powerless compared to this language of violence and threat of violence with its attendant physiologic disruptions. The new language needed must contain a similar cathexis of bodily energy; this is the creative expression that can be forged out of bodily experiences of emotional pain and suffering as the traumatic material is reworked. The condensed lucidity of Kafka’s prose bespeaks the price in emotional pain he paid for it.

Let me tell you this: if you meet a loner, no matter what they tell you, it’s not because they enjoy solitude. It’s because they have tried to blend into the world before, and people continue to disappoint them.
