My heart has mostly calmed down thankfully, it’s nice to not feel my heart skipping so often :) there’s still a PVC every once in awhile (and a few in this recording). I hadn’t eaten in a day or two so I had a few nice meals and I’m already feeling much better!

My heart isn’t beating quite right and it’s been this rate and way for the past 24 hours at least. It can’t keep a steady rhythm and every 1-3 minutes there is a skip or PVC. As I’m typing this my heart has stopped twice! I feel these throughout the day as a heavy thud and stillness in my chest, or sometimes a heavy spasm and pause followed by a feeling of pressure. When I put my hand over my chest my heartbeat feels weaker than it usually does, and it sounds weaker too. Could this be because of my anemia? Or something else? Take a listen there’s about 3-4 PVCS/skips throughout this recording. As well as an abnormal heart rhythm throughout the whole thing.

My heart has been having so many PVCs lately, I’ll try to get a recording later in bed. I had a lot of caffeine and it’s stumbling and skipping in my chest and has been all day!!! Kinda scary to feel the thud in my chest every minute or so

I managed to record my heartbeat during sleep earlier! I took a nap with the mic on my heart and set it to record as I was drifting off. I cut the part where I was still conscious out. I cut out the audio just where the microphone stopped picking up my heart because I rolled over 😊😊 enjoy my heart beating in sleep! There’s some PVCs and irregularities in there but otherwise my heart is steady and slow
