Since last year was a modest success (fitting in my opinion!), we are looking to see if anyone would be interested in participating in NorFin Week 2023! It would likely be hosted January or February and go by our regular, relaxed rules, such as having a free pass to draw the pair with any prompt you want. nope. this is a false alarm. i did research on this only a few months ago and they’ve already stated a new season is not coming, this is just a new project for fans to look forward to. whether it be merch or the like, there will not be a season 2.

I used to think that Scottish people drinking lots of Irn-Bru was just a stereotypical joke but my god was I wrong. My mum dated a Scottish guy and we always had gallons of it in the house. So do you think Norway would ever complain that Scotland drank too much of it?

DEfinitely. Idk, I kind of see Norway as very into "eating and drinking healthy"? Like he would only drink soda during the weekend, and be very aware of the different 'harmful' ingredients in certain food.

I find it fascinating that people who choose not to have children are generally assumed to feel really strongly about not having children (or even to feel really strongly against children, anyone’s children, in general). I am probably not going to have children, not because I REALLY REALLY HATE the idea of having children, but because I don’t really really love it. Out of all the major decisions I will make in my life, this one is the only irreversible one. I can sell a house, quit a job, divorce a spouse, whatever. I cannot unhave a child. I cannot opt out of being a parent once I become a parent. I can’t even take a step back for the sake of self-care or whatever, or else my child will suffer.

So for me, having children is fuck yes or not at all. The default will be to remain childfree. Having children should be an opt-in decision, not an opt-out one. Until/unless I develop really strong feelings about wanting to have children, I won’t have them, even if that means I never end up having them at all.
