my motivation:
being able to fit into ANYTHING at the thrift store, often the best things left behind are because they are too small for most people.
Trying a new approach
trying again to shed some w31gh.t, this time I feel like c4l0r13s don't matter as much to me, I'm still gonna loosely track them, but my main focus is how long I can go between 34t1ng and how active I am. hitting my step goal is the priority as well as making sure I'm 34t1ng really healthy, clean food. I want to feel good, spring is here and it's beautiful outside and it's the perfect time to take advantage of the nice weather and enjoy life, I don't want to hide in my bedroom and be miserable until I'm sk1_nny, the journey is important too. It's been a while since I've felt the euphoric h1.gh of walking around on an empty st0.m4ch, feeling like an angel floating through life- that's what I'm chasing, the end result is really just a bonus.
Once again trigg3r3d a r314p.se by looking at old pictures of myself, remembering how th1.n i was and how much better life felt. Working back towards a b0.dy I can be proud of

I am convinced that going to the gym frequently and doing lots of cardio + tracking and maintaining a c4l def1c1t + f4st1ng occasionally will yield the results i want because aiming for high r3str1ct10n every day just does not work and i usually end up disappointing myself.
i got l4x4t1v3 tea and iron supplements at the drugstore today, i'm losing 15# in december and NOTHING will stop me
i'm happy to report that the "smooth move" tea does work
i feel so. f4t. last week it was food cravings from my period, then thanksgiving, now i've got the flu or something so i can't exercise- it feels awful, like i'm being held back.
