I have a feeling we are gonna see Whip extremely pissed next episode. It’s like ever since they got out of Prison, Whip has just been finding out more and more about Michael that he never knew after knowing him for so many years. First, Michael tells him if he doesn’t make it out alive, for Whip to tell Mike Scofield that his father loves him very much, than, he finds out his name is Michael, than he finds out he has a brother who flew all the way to Yemen to save Michael, and now, he is going to find out that Michael is married, to a woman who is a Doctor and he hasn’t seen for the last seven years. He is also going to end up finding out about Sucre and how close they are and the questions are gonna pile up so much he is going to feel like he never really knew Michael. He said that he looked at Michael as a brother, it must hurt when you realize that the person you thought you were most closest to is actually hiding an entire existence away from you.

Part of me does feel kind of bad for Whip. He’s spent the last 7 years with this guy, allowed himself to be recruited by him, worked closely alongside him, come to think of him as a brother.

And now in the last week, he’s come to realise that he never really knew him at all. That the guy’s real name is Michael and he had this whole other life before Poseidon. That he has this unit of people who love him more than anything, despite believing him dead for 7 years. He has a brother, a wife and a best friend who are willing to travel half way across the world to help him, who know Michael Scofield in a way Whip never will.

No wonder he’s feeling displaced.
