Dear people learning German

please be aware that the correct way to replace ä, ö, ü, ß is turning them into ae, oe, ue, and ss, not just taking the dots away or typing “B”.

Otherwise you can get things like,

“Das Wetter ist sehr schwül heute.” = “The weather is very hot and humid today.”

“Das Wetter ist sehr schwul heute.” = “The weather is very gay today.”

Help me do some research into videogame experiences

I’m trying to prove that there are two main groups of videogame players:

A) Players who play for the gameplay experience. Story and characters are important, but less important than gameplay. They might be enjoy the characters, but are not deeply invested in them.

B) Players who play for the characters and story. Gameplay is important, but not as important as the fictional narrative. They spend more time enjoying the characters (fanart, fanfiction, etc) than playing the game.

A tool that I’ve found is really handy is a called the Cash Clock. It’s a simple program that measures both the time that you’re working on a piece as well as how much money you should be earning. You can adjust the hourly wage to whatever you feel is right. Simply start the clock whenever you begin working on a project right up until you’re finished. It can give you a clear indication of what you should charge for commissions.

No artist should make below minimum wage for their artwork.
