          She didn’t ever really have too much          fun at school dances. Being too          into her studies, and passing really          were some of the few things that          stayed on her mind– since finals          were coming up ANYWAYS. Being          dragged out of the comforts of her          home into the school dance wasn’t          really too dreadful, though to not          embarrass herself, she decided perhaps          it would be better if she stayed AWAY          from the dance areas.

          That was, until she heard one of her          close friends speak to her–

         ❛ If you’re willing to dance with a total            embarrassment– sure. I’d suggest            our dance to be THE chicken dance,            since it’s the only thing I know. Pff–❜

          A teasing smile shown on her light lips,          her hands moving to tuck a pesky strand          of auburn hair behind her ear. Doe eyes          staring up at Matt the whole time.

She was, of           course, the sober driver-- so she only           really had orange juice and water.           Right. The thing she told Josh.            With a small smile, Ashley pulled out her            ruler-- man, how much of a nerd was she            if she still carried around her own ruler-- a            sigh left light red lips as she placed it down            to measure some construction paper. This            poster wasn’t going to be poorly done-- not            on her watch !! The ‘pretty’ factor needed to            be up there as well as their ‘smart’ factor.
