it is as if the subject becomes simply a body. still, unmoving, almost like an object, but experiencing sensation quite vividly. you can feel their heartbeat, their breathing, all of those other little changes and reactions that they physically cannot stop. those subtle hints of enjoyment, even excitement, barely noticeable through their relaxation, through the haze. you can appreciate the way the muscles feel when they've released all of their tension, the heaviness of the limbs as they go limp. you can feel the way warmth floods through them.

if you allow them to speak, you can direct them to speak only in a slow, quiet, drowsy, distant voice. they might sound very nice that way. there might be some words that feel particularly right leaving their mouth. some words that you feel they're meant to say. it only takes a little gentle encouragement, and they'll repeat it for you quite beautifully.

before: aaa my plans for this keep falling through but we are back yet again for another week! so sorry about the inactivity, things are getting BUSY for me but hey we are back at it again babyyy, haven't had some hypnoaction for a while sooo we'll see how this goes…

after: mind off brain offff drooling on my selfd nad my lilloww there's a drool wet spot on itt and inm a little fuzzy but i reemmeber being bery blank the mantra has good repeatablitityy it was so eaus to get lost in just saying jt oebr and over againn it was so easy to repeatt buit i fadedd hheheh slight remains of it in my headd like echoes i need to wipe my drool ehe

UPdate: oops it's like 30 mins after… i got distracted by doomscrolling! but i'm fully awake now and it seems like it took me around 3 minutes to start to fade out… started more slurring on the words, it sounds like "miine offh… mrainoffh…" just limply chanting the mantra. and around 30 seconds after, it just turned into intelligible sounds: "mmmmmh… nnnn…" and went completely silent shortly after… got up around a minute later and typed the after comment, very interesting stuff considering it's been a while since i've done anything hypno but seems like i'm still as easy as always…

UPdate: 10 minutes later! i think i'm fully awake? certainly feels like it, and seeing the stuff my mindless fuzzy self typed, holy crap this turned from "Mantra of the Week" to "Conditioning of the Week" (honestly sounds like a good idea ugh) i guess really do like training and conditioning… especially with the mindset of doing it for my dom-switch eek >////< tbf he does a really great job of setting these suggestions and triggers up for it to be enjoyable for me and it really shows, even time alone conditioning myself, i am having a blast knowing i'm doing it for myself and him and i would never ask for a different dom-switch other than him, i'm so lucky to be his sub >////< (albeit we have moments of the roles being flipped, but that's a an entirely different conversation to be had hehe, either way, i'm so glad to be friends with him <3)
