When it comes to all these tweets, TikToks, or posts hating on Hudson, Connor, or really any of the cast, it never comes from an actual fan of the show. And as soon as you speak up, you're labeled as one of them, you know? It's humiliating to get blamed for what someone who clearly just wants attention, hate, hates one or the other, or is just from another fandom does. And now everyone's just talking to talk, so now I’m apart of some mass psychosis?? Like it’s pretty clear that the issue lies with them, not with anyone in the fandom.

A fic idea ! Shane goes on a trip, and Ilya thinks at first he’ll be fine as him and Shane are saying goodbye. But as the days pass, he slowly starts losing his mind. He misses Shane telling him what to do, who's going to remind him to do this or that? Who's cuddling with him at night? Why can't he smell Shane anymore? He ends up crying dramatically in bed and walking around like a zombie over the next few days…

Omg but it would be so fun. Because Shane would be torn between wanting Ilya to fuck him and never wanting Ikya to see the small of his back again, and eventually Ilya would pick up on Shane's discomfort and SPIRAL about it, messily. He would crash out. Only for Shane to reveal in the aftermath that he just didn't want Ikya to see his tattoo. Which would be something Ilya-related probably, if only through some complicated association that is only obvious in Shane's head.

Despite everything that's been going on lately, it has been really fun. You guys are all so cool and sweet, and I definitely needed this. I know it'll never go back to being this somewhat of a small, intimate fandom, but for all the kind and fun people in this fandom, thank you. A Heated Rivalry Au idea !!! Shane has a day off and decides, why not watch something on tv, right??? It’s a wildlife documentary, and the voice narrating it is none other than Ilya Rozanov (he is not a hockey player in this so Shane wont know who this man is) That voice becomes Shane’s little obsession. He starts playing it all the time, when friends are over, as background noise, and he does not care that everyone is getting annoyed. He’s even low key thirsting over this man on his private social media accounts. It’s always about the same documentary and that same voice.
