To me, what really separates Chocolate Guy from all the other “surprise it’s a cake” people is…. I want to eat his stuff. Accidental astral projection or just a nightmare?

Hi I had a crazy dream last night and I think I may have Astral projected accidentally in my sleep? If you could read what happened and give me your thoughts it would be much appreciated. I was actually having a different dream and then I "woke up" but I think I was still sleeping/dreaming and my forehead right between my eyebrows was really hot and felt like a lot of pressure. I would hear a deep voice in my head and it would like take over my body/control my movements. I was kind of communicating with it to try and take control of my body again. I went into the bathroom where my sister was getting ready for work to beg her to stay home from work. She couldn't  stay home but it took control of me again in front of her but she still couldn't stay so when I got control again I went downstairs to ask my mom to stay and she felt my forehead and said it was on fire and then I think I woke up. This all took place in real time in my home and felt so real. As soon as I woke up my cat came running into my room and seemed frantic to try and comfort me.

Do you think this actually happening or do I have a very active imagination? How do I prevent this from happening again/do you have any protection ideas that will protect me from this in my sleep?

You know why I absolutely loved Birds of Prey? Gotham. So many of the recent movies set in that city have tried to make it all broody and dark, but there are regular people. Living their lives. Sure, their lives are fucking i n s a n e, like carry around a gas mask every day in case someone gases your building i n s a n e, but still. Like, Harley Quinn walking down the street and no one giving a shit? THAT’S WHAT I WANT. People willing going to a supervillain’s club because it’s a good club? YES PLEASE! There’s only so much batshit bullshit you can take until it just becomes normal, and if you want to tell me people in Gotham are still freaked out by Harley Quinn just, being on a public roller derby team? you’re wrong.
