I love how different the best friend and I are. She thinks I'm very much kidding when I talk about the wall I've built up around me and getting close to anyone ever again. Feels have been turned off. No joke. Not lying. Zero percent kidding. I will not let myself go through this shit..like ever...ever again. Glad she has enough hope for the both of us though.. But not happening. I don't do this feeling thing, the only thing that comes out of it, is hurt. I can't deal with hurt. I've had enough hurt for 10 lifetimes. Don't do this to yourself ever again. Don't let people in. Don't give anyone the chance to eventually hurt you. Proven self life fact...everyone leaves.

What to do when you just feel blah
1. Accept it; don’t fight it. Trying to understand and fight those heavy painful feelings, will usually weigh you down and drain away your energy. 2. Be nice to yourself. Don’t make things worse by beating yourself up. You didn’t choose your feelings. It’s already tough enough! 3. Do that one thing that’s nagging on your mind the most. It will help to boost your feelings and release some energy. 4. Think about the little things that help to bring you pleasure – like walking in the sunshine or smelling fresh spring flowers. 5. Remind yourself that this will pass, and something will get better. You just need to hang in there, and wait it out for now.
