I’m watching the videos from the United States. My suggestion would be for you to use Hola which lets you bypass country restrictions. It’s pretty easy to use. :)

I believe this channel has a majority of Dexter’s first episodes. Episode 5123 is the first episode they have with him. And you can find his first episode on this channel. Episode 5102. I think this channel has pretty much all the same episodes as the other one. Hope that helps. :)
