If we look at the buttons on the left thre's a red one, green one a white one and a blue one. It prob represents 3, 2, 9 and 4. All victims of One.

Under that are 4 orange or yellow buttons, possibly meaning 10 is next. OR X is gonna be relevant in the next ep.

On the right side there are 4 red buttons and 2 white ones. Red is either 3 or 15 in this case, and it could represent 15 and Zro. They might possibly merge to try and prevent One ( of 4 sm other reason )
