For anyone wondering, this is purely fan art and not intended to be sold, but also a showcase of my work

For anyone who has no idea who this is: Lord Recluse is the main villain, and end game boss of City of Heroes, which is an MMO and a comic book series, from the mid to late 2000s. With that said you can still play the game on City of Heroes Homecoming Free to play, no microtransactions, and hundreds of people to play with, on a game that's over 20 years old and still going!
