YOU HAVE NOOOOO IDEA HOW MUCH THAT VOID MOMENT LIVES IN MY HEAD AT ALL TIMES EVERY DAY . that actually ties in perfectly to his relationship with purpose (and death, tangentially) because every time he loses his purpose and can't find a new one, he just . Dies. he bans himself intentionally. it happened in s3 (he gets zam to kill him and he hides his other ten hearts for others to find), it happened in s5 (the mentioned void moment where he throws all his items and hearts onto the floor before jumping into the void), and it happened in s6 (albeit accidentally; he withdraws all his hearts and burns himself in front of woogie). the only season i'm not sure of is s2 purely because there's just no record; he's there fighting in the finale but he isn't with parrot spoke and vortex before they ban themselves so idk what happened to him. i can only pray it doesn't happen again this season because his team is wonderful and i would Cry

RIGHTTTTT like i genuinely . okay i'm gonna be so real -- i missed his s7 streams so badly (wdym his most recent stream wasn't archived MY MOONLIGHT DUO) that i genuinely went to his s6 vods and watched every single one and just . the way he approaches pvp changed so much. he went from avoiding fights entirely in s3 (until the cleansing of course. for your own safety don't ask me how i feel about chaos faction) to jumping people at random purely for the sake of getting better at it in s6 . he tells derap and pangi that "if we're not teamed, i don't think you can ever fully trust me." he tells kab "i could try to kill you at any moment, just letting you know." the way he jumped mane knowing he was gonna die, getting coaching from flame...... if you haven't watched derap's video where he tried to join the sticklers you should because Oh My God the way rek acts in that genuinely drives me crazy

May I ask if you have any advice on what canvas sizes to use? I'm always confused about that depending on whether I'm drawing a bust up Character/headshot, a half-body, full body or more detailed drawings with a landscape 😓

i don't really pay much attention to actual canvas sizes if i'm being completely honest KJHDKJAW

i always start on 3000x3000 and for doodles, however large i end up drawing on that is usually what i crop to. having a specific composition in mind will change whether that's more portrait or landscape but even then i don't look at the exact numbers

that does mess with the actual image preview quality when it gets posted, though, which i don't personally care about but if you do i recommend looking up image crop guides for that. that being said, portrait sizes tend to do better nowadays thanks to the whole vertical content thing, so if all else fails stick to sizes that are taller than they are wide

May I ask what DPI you use for your artwork?

i use 300dpi! though sometimes i export at 200dpi just to keep the filesize smaller lmao

#ik a good amount of ppl use 600dpi but the filesize at 300 is already big enough so i dont go higher jakhsdkj #600 is good for printing tho iirc #i also start my canvas sizes at 3000x3000 but it changes if i crop things obv #there are certain ratios recommended for posting but ill be real i dont care enough to follow those i just send it lmao #asks
