Some interesting things happened during my filming today. I intended to record my heart rate when sitting and when standing, but unexpectedly... I felt my heart pounding faster and faster, my legs went numb, my head felt light, and I started to have trouble breathing

My BP is always stable at 90-100/60mmHg, sometimes lower if I weren't feeling well.

AND I seem to get nervous somehow when I'm filming, so my heart usually gets extremely excited, as you've seen in the videos.

I do NOT make videos based on your requests, don't tell me to show something. If I want to do it, I'll do it.
