yikes, i just remembered my old email for this acct and logged on to see how cringey my old writing was and how much of a mary sue ara was gkskgkslf it's been like, four years since telluride was a thing but god, y'all were so sweet and i Miss it. so if anyone ever sees this and wants to chat again, i'm over at wongyukhci !!
Ok so I'm still 47 (46 after this) posts away from 2000 (thanks tablet!) but still that's the most I've ever posted on an rp account so yeah and I'm gonna stop bc I really should but holy hell your posts are wounding me Like ok lemme just make this v emotional rn because I'm gonna say this in the off chance that I lose contact with some of you (which probably won't happen considering these cute lil messages with accounts but still wanna say it) Ok but to everyone who put up with my annoying ass and my nun and my two quickly ditched second charries thank you like the amount of patience you have to have over those things Thanks to Vic and Amy for the cutest rp ever, Gorgeous for being my FW and OB friend (#StevieSquadForLife), Avery (wherever bae went) for our first unlikely acquaintanceship (RIP Gunner and Arie: Drunk BFFLS) and the brief lil friendship between Cunter and the Nun, Em for Malachi and Ara's friendship, Liv for college friends Micah and Aramis, Harley for our Marvel nerds uniting, so so many people for their cute convos with my tiny daughter (so many people I've left out but holy hell it's strenuous to remember every plot and convo), and last but certainly not least, the Gossip Blog, you were the real MVPs Ok I think that's all, but yeah I'm gonna go cry in the shower brb
It hurts sm that everyone’s slowly saying goodbye, I can remember applying and having little hope because there was another Nina app and being like “wtaf” because I was accepted and it’s been four months since then and I’m p sure I’ve reached 2000 posts, if not almost and yeah, it’s just hard bc I love you and and this rp sm like I’ve never felt more at home in an rp but I think that it’s my time to bid farewell as well since we’ve already lost so many… But I’m keeping this blog up with the convos regardless and I also have the blog I posted about earlier so if anyone wants to keep up convos and plots or start new ones, message me here or on tunnelvisixn and I promise that we can keep up hella talks and things ok?

There’s hardly anyone on anymore and like Abbey pointed out yesterday, it’s just so ??? how fast the dash died. Like I know people have lives and all that but it’s kind of disheartening all the same. I’m still gonna post if others post, but I want you guys to know that if you’re just not feeling it anymore, PLEASE keep in contact with me, I love chatting with you all and so many people I love talking to seem to have vanished, so I just wanted it to be put out there just in case. Dakota paused, the girls words causing her to smile softly. “Math? Well even if you are losing it, you’re still doing it about ten times better than I would.”
Ara shook her head with a chuckle. "I'm sure that's not true, everyone says that and I have yet to believe that that's the case for all of them."
Coming up to sit with a familiar girl he stopped behind her chair. His eyes scanned easily over the paper, not even stopping to attempt and understand what was going on with the math. He let out an actual groan at that word, math— oh, how he hated it so much. “I’m inclined to think that you’re losing it because you’re doing this crap in the first place.” He slid into the set next to her easily, “Why do you even put yourself through that torture?”
Turning to Malachi, she couldn’t help but to roll her eyes at his comment. “You seem to forget that this crap and I usually get along just fine.” Reaching for her latté as she rested her back against the chair again, Ara sent him something of a mock look of confusion with a smirk. “Because my doctorate isn’t that close, but it’s dangling in front of me from a yard away, so it’s close enough.”
“What — oh, are you talking to me?” Linny was startled out of her jumbled thoughts by a voice speaking from near to where she was standing. The girl was meant to be choosing a table at which she could sit and drink her coffee but apparently, to the brunette who was now addressing her, her accidental closeness had seemed like an invitation to speak. “I’m sorry; I don’t believe we’ve met. For what it’s worth though, I think you’d be better off attempting to do school work in a library or dorm room. This place tends to get a bit busy.”
"Sorry, love," Ara replied, noticing the girl’s confusion verbally, "Didn’t mean to startle you or anything." She turned around to take a better look at the stranger, shooting her an polite smile. "We haven’t, I’m Aramis." Shrugging, she glanced away briefly before looking at the brunette again. "True, I can zone people out, though, so I can manage with the noise. It’s just that I haven’t been to an actual class in four months and it’s finally catching up to me."
“I had to do a load of math to be allowed to be a pilot, do you want me to take a look?” The young man asked, slipping into a seat at the girl’s side with his coffee as he offered.
"Please?" She chuckled, smiling at Elliot, "You’d be lifting a lot of stress off of my shoulders." The brunette reconfigured her position, curling up comfortably in the armchair near the centre of the café.

Robbery, such sweet robbery! Layla was not a cafe-goer, not truly, but she’d gladly go to one when the folks around seemed easy enough to pick-pocket. Once again, a longer preface will be spared, because that’s just a pain to go through. All prefaces for Layla are the same when the truth is told. After discovering that the people there all seemed to be sitting down (and the purses weren’t prevalent enough) – the fiends! – she was about to exit when she heard a familiar voice. Turning around slightly to face Aramis, she replied, “Go with the latter – losing it’s fun as fuck.”
This was why she shouldn’t have spent so much time away from school, everything was absorbed and lost within seconds, it went into one ear and out of the other, and that was something that brought much displeasure upon the girl. Focusing on the person nearby, who turned out to be Layla, Aramis shrugged. "I'd beg to differ, kind of, but I should've seen it coming, honestly. So I might just take your advice."

A New Thing; Aramis&Micah
“Others?” He gasped, hand coming to his chest. “You wound me, beautiful. How will I ever survive?” He teased, but chuckled. “Yeah well, I was going for comfort foods and we both know the love affair you have with unhealthy food. So I did good, I guess. Pure blooded american and all that.” Micah said with a grin. He set down his own containers, grabbing a plastic flute from the basket as well as the bottle opener. Aiming the bottle towards the open window just in case, he opened the bottle with careful concentration, pleased when the cork fell into his palm. Pouring her a glass, he handed her the bubbling drink with a grin. “There we go, alchie.” He did the same with the cider, setting his glass aside while he opened his containers of food.
Micah took a bite of the macaroni, groaning at the taste. “Yeah, super pleased with my choices. Pretty sure if you had said no i’d go on a date with this pasta instead, sorry to say. Or am I sorry at all?” Micah chuckled, leaning back against the pillows as he ate.
"Others," she sighed as she sat back, resisting the urge to chuckle to go along with the charade. "You'll find a way, I'm sure," the brunette laughed. Nodding along as she nibbled on another small piece of chicken, she raised her eyebrows in amusement. "You know me all too well, Davenport, I'm impressed." Spectating as Micah tried to open the bottle, she continued to delve into her meal with a smirk, like the slow eater that she was. Ara smiled as she was handed the flute of champagne, sporting a look of mock offence at the nickname. "I can assure you that I'm not an alchie," she clarified slowly with humour in her tone, "I'm an alcohol connoisseur, there's a difference."
The girl couldn't help but to laugh, shaking her head as she gave the macaroni a try. "I don't blame you, the power of pasta's greater than anything else, never underestimate it." She took a sip of the champagne and fixed one of the pillows that she had leaned on, fluffing it before leaning on it.
