This feel like this card is pretty underrated in edh honestly.

Like yes there are obviously better tutors in black, but as far as non-game changer tutors go it's not bad on rate. And well yes loosing 13 cards feels bad is it really even that big a deal,l? Assuming it doesn't cause u to wiff what ur looking for, u don't get to use 13 cards. But u'd need to draw like 80 cards for that to really matter, and at that point ur probably drawing ur whole deck so it's actually an upside 4 u. Like I don't think the card is incredible or anything bet definitely very playable.
