hello hello! I have a few questions for anyone in the ug subs community ive been in the community for a while so I know some, maybe all, of these questions have been asked before

What do I do if I cannot choose one thing to focus on? Everything I use is somewhat similar but using 3 subs at once keeps stressing me out for no good reason. I feel the need to focus on one but I just can't

I believe subs work and I have gotten results for many things but I still get very nervous about it and just telling myself I believe in them or I already have results does NOT work but whenever I ask others about my problem they just say I do not believe and just need to keep telling myself subs do indeed work . I have been telling myself this since I first found the community so it isnt helpful

Lastly is there any possible way to speed results? I've heard listen daily, drink water, and saying I have results will speed it up but I've also heard it depends on my mindset which does not help me because of ..the problem above

maybe I'm a dumb and know nothin abt subs idk
