The Fledgling Assassin: Good Boy, Nice Girl Comic 9 - Your Clothes Have What

I actually started working on this comic four months ago. In the meantime I was busy with my full time job, moving to a new house, learning to play the violin and getting a girlfriend, so that's awesome. I also switched from using Photoshop to using Clip Studio Pro and improved my art style a lot - which just made me even more hesitant to finish up this comic because I'm not satisfied with the art on this one at all.

Anyway, I hate structure but I clearly need some, so from now on I'll post a comic every weekend. And the art style will be GOOD from next week onwards. Dammit.

My book is almost done so I got some demo copies printed 😃 feels so good to hold an actual physical copy in my hands. And I celebrated my birthday this weekend so I got some themed (and delicious) cakes from my family of course 😋 the last one courtesy of my sister is “The Fledgling Assassin vs. Patterson’s evil twin brother who stole the apple crumble pie”. The Fledgling Assassin: Good Boy, Nice Girl Comic 1 - It’s a Long Story

…Because november is almost coming to an end and I’m not done writing yet, so obviously now’s the time to start making a comic about the story of The Fledgling Assassin.

I'm currently writing a book as part of #NaNoWriMo :)

The Fledgling Assassin tells the story of high school girl Jennifer, who has trouble understanding the people around her and feels like she doesn't belong. However, when her police detective dad comes a little too close to catching a notorious assassin nicknamed The Winged Death, he kidnaps the girl and threatens her father to leave him alone - only for both perpetrator and victim to realize Jennifer may fit into the role of assassin better than she ever fit into her normal life.
