Went to have a look at the implausibly high ratings for Nolan's "The Odyssey" over at IMDB, and found over and over again the hundreds of 9 and 10 star reviewers having only one (or occasionally two) reviews to their name:
which would seem to suggest there are bot-farms generating fake reviews to artificially inflate the score. Rotten Tomatoes, too, are apparently removing negative reviews, so we are back to the Captain Marvel days of manufacturing a fraudulent critical and public consensus for garbage movies.
