Another Year...

Another year rolls on. I just wanted to thank the special people in my life who made yesterday so wonderful.

Firstly to @threeareess for being such a lovely friend and sticking with me. Here’s to many more buddy!

Secondly to @felsette for also being a lovely friend! Someone who I met I suppose fairly recently but has become a great friend of mine very quickly.

Thirdly to @lightsagah and @flame-spitter for just being two awesome dudes who have been great pals of mine for a while now, keep being awesome you two!

Also like to make mention for @graphenescloset for also being a cool dude throughout the year, keep arting my man.

And a number of other people, @pony-tastic - enjoy the gift exchange dude! @madnevil for being a super awesome friend and plying me with art. @lupin-quill for the same reasons! As well as a whole heap of other people who have just been super awesome to me throughout the year - sorry if you didn’t get a mention by name but you’re all super special to me.

Thanks again guys! Hopefully we have many more years of fun together.

For those of you that are aware Tumblr is doing some pretty terrible things right now and everyone is jumping ship. I’ve got a few locations set up for those that want to still see stuff I post. This blog will no longer be updated.

ART: Stuff I commission. Two places, the previously mentioned FA page and also I have set up a twitter where I will be uploading art to shortly here:

Spent most of the weekend designing a reference sheet for my new OC, Lilac Prose! She’s a NEET writer pony who loves lazing around too much. She’s not a fan of the outdoors, but when she does go out, she’s almost always in a hoodie avoiding sunlight and other ponies. She really just perpetually wants to go back inside and sleep.

This was my first time making a proper reference sheet for one of my OCs, but it was a fun learning experience! Hope to get my other characters designed in the near future too. :)

Mags 2.0!

So something that has been on my mind for a while, and thanks to the help from @graphenescloset for help putting this together. A small change to Mags - the cutie mark most importantly. The old design was flat out ripped from a pre-existing piece of art, it didn’t fit her design that well. Was difficult to draw and the colours hugely contrasted. So this new design fits her a lot more and is 10x better than the old one.

There will be a few more pieces to come with the old design, but this is her from now on!
