Somewhere to belong
Arkham Asylum
So, Arkham Asylum (Set 76300). Honestly, this set blew me away. It’s one of those builds where you open the box, start putting pieces together, and suddenly hours have passed without you noticing. The whole thing has such a strong atmosphere — gloomy, detailed, and very Gotham.
Yeah, the stickers are a lot. But once they’re on, the building feels alive, like every wall and corner has a story. And the minifigures… there are so many of them, and they’re all great.
It makes the set feel like a complete world rather than just a building.
What I loved most is that it never got boring. Each stage of the build had something new to offer, and the finished model is the kind of set you just want to look at for a while after it’s done. For me, it’s easily one of the highlights of 2025 — even if nothing can top WALL·E and Eve in my book.
Huge thanks to @LEGO for sending this one over for a photoshoot. Building it was pure fun.
