Doodling; I'm trying to convert my doodling from random eyes and characters to small pieces of architecture. Hopefully it'll become second nature and I'll be able to fill my sketchbook in no time.

Tip Of The Day: Starting a project
In my studio, my tutors worship hand drawn mappings of the site; I had to learn the hard way that prints and annotations of the project site are extremely looked down on. In particular, tutors seem to look for the big picture captured through small observations of the site; i.e an unusual tree, the feeling of the surrounding buildings or how people react to the site. Site analysis requires a lot of patience and lengthy site visits at times, but it's so important to grasp the area that your project will blossom from.
Not a meaningful second post, but I guess they can’t all be a record of my progress or it may get a bit tedious, or not, cause of the lack of audience..
Anyway, this is kind of negative-inspo and a twist on Pink Floyd; but it speaks to me as someone that kind of studies bricks...
This is my first post since I decided to refocus this page on my experience of Architecture school! I’m about to start my second semester of first year and I would recommend following my blog if you’re keen on doing architecture or if you want to maybe give me advice on how I could do better during my course.
This was the first plan I had ever done; it was of my studio and despite being one of 57 people to do it, I still felt proud of being able to do it.
