BAD NEWS EVERYONE. The “archive of Strawdady” blog is now a dead tumblr blog. The reasons why I decided to give up on working on this blog is because telling it an a diary/journaling format would not do the story experience justice.

Other reasons is because of burnout, not feeling satisfied with the designs of other characters and the consistency, and trying to keep it faithful to the lore of Tadc since I was working on this project at the time when the show was still ongoing and I didn’t want to mess up anything. So I decided to drop this version of the story, go back to the drawing board, redesign most of the characters, and restart the whole thing anew. But in the form of either a video game or YouTube series.

So anyways I will create a second blog documenting rebuilding the world of TAOS in a different form of media. If you have any comments about this, please do tell me. In the meantime, here are some unreleased photo drawings there were to go with the unreleased entries.

Last one here is of Ame,my friend Anniesweetandcute’s Tadc oc who I wanted to add into the story as Strawdady’s friend.

                                                                              IT GOT WORSE!

      Oh my goooooooooooood have I had such a horrid time the last couple of days!  Two!  Just two adventures after the farming experience, things just went downhill for me!

     When Caine announced our next activity of the day, I was expecting something simplistic like working at a fast-food joint.  But noooooooooo!  first, we had to face off against these bipedal creatures known as "zoongamies" or whatever, and guess who got chewed up by those things, huh!? Guess! Not even Trapez gave a #$%& about helping me when one of them CHOMPED DOWN on my ankle! It was like being a dog-catcher hoarding rabid dogs.

  Oh and that's not the worst of it. The next day after, we were sent into this fantasy-esk dungeons.  This place gave us medieval costumes matching our roles, for instance ; Dayzed was a knight, Trapez was some kind of archer , Thornix was a barbarian(very fitting for her), and Mock was... just Mock with a sword.  for me, I was a sorcerer, which I was very optimistic about since i was the only one to wield a magic staff and have a fancy wizards outfit. I hoped it wouldn't be any worse then last time, but I was proven wrong!

The wand wouldn’t respond to any of my commands! I was shouting stuff like “abra cadabra” before moving on to complex spells, but nothing! It wasn’t till the end when I said “fireball”, then did it work.

I’m going to UNALIVE myself if these arrows didn’t do it for me!

But Merciful god, that was close!

If I didn't hide this journal under my shirt just in time, that farmer would have given me a WALLOP!

Aside from the pig dragging me into the mud and bashing my head in the process, I actually liked this adventure. For once, I wasn't thrown into some chaotic bull-$#!¥ this world tends to put us in. 

The farmer gave us some sacks of farm-grown goods as a reward for our hard labor. Hid this book in mine. That's Mock in the background by the way.

I just hope the next couple of adventures Caine sets up for us is just as peaceful and simple like this.

  We're at some kind of farm. Right now, me and the others are doing some handy work for this ... scarecrow farmer guy? Probably because he needs stuff to sell at some kind of... farmer's market perhaps? 

Regardless. He told us that we should never under any circumstance use modern-day technology related items aside from some farming equipment like the tractor. That's fine with me. As long as I don't snap a photo here, I'll be fine. 

I don't know what the others are doing, I've just been tasked to keep an eye on this little pig, Just to make sure he doesn't get too trouble while everyone else finishes the work. Simple task. All I have to do is just keep the little fella on a leash and nothing else. He's not doing much, which is a miracle to me considering I've been beaten around like some old ragdoll on the last adventures we've had before I somehow found this book in my room.  I know I've only written two entries,writing in this camera-journal hybrid is actually pretty leisurely.

   Not to change topics, but for an npc, the farmer does have a doopy, yet, simple design. I'd take a photo for you, but on this farm, god forbid! I think a little doodle doesn't hurt.

    Doom is upon me.

Sorry if I hadn't written about this in the first entry, Caine just materialized in my room a minute after and was convincing me to join the others on their next adventure. Yes you heard me. Others!

Other Actual human beings who've been pulled into this colorful hellhole and turned into something else. Let me illustrate them for you. I only drew these from memory so forgive me if don't I get their appearances right :

Dayzed is what I call a laid-back kind of guy taking on the form of what might be some kind of plush chameleon, but without the ability color change colors (or just hasn't yet).Even in the mids of chaos of the last "adventures" had for us, he just goes on like it's just another Tuesday.

Trapez, a young woman who might have originated from a foreign country possibly from France judging by her accent. She keeps to herself most of the time. I've talked to her on a few occasions since she too is pretty chill. But she'd just turn her back to me or end a conversation early. Trapez seems to enjoy participating in circus acts such as the tightrope which I'm pretty sure is something I would definitely do if I had two legs.

Mock is some kind of abomination made out of four wax sticks like the ones kids use to make things and characters with. They tend to morph their body into a variety shapes and silhouettes to communicate with us ( once a mute person once,perhaps ?) It's a little weird to think about how their body functions...

And, oh boy, Thornix. The good old fancy leather faced alligator-bodied @%^&! She is!  Thornix is definitely an everyday jerk whenever she feels like it. Trust me, I've had my share fair of being pushed around and ridiculed by the red caimaninae. 1 star, won't recommend.

  Would say the same about these "adventures".  The first time I went on one of them, it involved some kind of equally bizarre monster with a split face jaw and spindly legs. Our goal was to capture that beast with whatever we had. As of what you would expect (for me being a noob), I was definitely mangled while trying to take it down with a lasso when I asked someone to be my backup. Thanks a lot Thornix!

I swear, if I get myself smacked around again on this next adventure, I'll going to lock myself in my own room and attempt to hang myself!

     Regardless! This is me. Or the upper part of my body.  

Hello, if anyone happens to read this, than let me introduce myself.  I can't remember my real name, so I go by the given name "Strawdady", considering I now have a bendy straw for a head. If that sounds anatomically bizarre then somehow this place has given me one leg that have to hop around in order to miniver "on foot"

 (No pun intended) 

 I can't remember who I was once was.  this empty book with a built in camera that just randomly appeared in my room (possibly some part of this digital world read my mind.) How did I get here in the first place, you may ask? All I can remember that I put on a vr headset and BAM. I'm stuck here!

I tried to take it off to no avail! Turns out my eyes are also detachable.

I won't snap anymore pictures of it or as to save more page space in case I need to capture and document something important . 

Anyway, this place is run by who I call, a ringmaster npc or ai that goes by the name of "Caine".

Now Here's an illustration I've made since his appearance is a little bizarre to explain. He acts like one of those logic defiers I've seen in cartoons (back when I was human), for instance, he can fly around. He's also accompanied by a weird "bubble" who acts as his sidekick . Caine sometimes pops if irritated by this bubble thing.  

 Living in the digital circus is clearly serial, almost like being is a lucid dream that you can never wake up  from, such as not having the feeling of hunger or ability to die.

In fact...
