With a grumble echoing the sound of far off thunder, Tubbs rouses from her nice warm bed. What awful hour was it? Bleary eyes flash a spiteful glance over at the clock as she stalks slowly towards the door. 

“This better be worth it, man.” Her hand drifts down the modelesque contours of her face slowly as she unlatches the locks on her apartment door. Tubbs leans her slender body against the frame of the door. “I just know you have a good reason for waking me at this hour.”

After a moment of studying them, Tubbs inquires, “so you want to tell me what it is?”

Another time, another place, one might’ve expected the angel man to say ‘I don’t sleep’ but today it was:

Had he driven to Ricki’s apartment to remedy the problem? Well, it seemed logical when he started the engine of his rickety '78 Lincoln Continental Mark V in Jubilee Gold. But now that he saw a barely recognizable human being in the doorway, Castiel very much doubted the world around him.

“May I come in?” The pale brunette twirled the belted closure on his robe. (Recently, he’d taken to wearing one to bed, finding out the hard way that the trench coat which he usually wore-- otherwise-- was not conducive to total-body comfort).
