Be stubborn. Once you accept your desire as true, stop asking the 3D for permission to believe it. Every time doubt appears, return to the fulfilled version of yourself instead of arguing with appearances. Your job isn't to force reality—it's to remain loyal to your assumption. Persist because you've already decided. The 3D simply catches up to the state you consistently occupy.
manifesting is not about bringing your desires to you or into your reality. manifesting is about you giving yourself the capability to realize that it is already in your reality. since your beliefs and your perception stop you from realizing that, it requires you to alter those beliefs. this means being aware of the beliefs that do not serve you. if you are not aware of those beliefs or perceptions, how will you change them? how can you change something you are not aware of?
manifestation is the process of giving yourself the ability to realize and perceive that it is already here. you do not have to do any magical things to make it come into existence. it is already existent, already within your sphere of reality. it is just that your belief system makes it invisible to you.
♱ bashar (darryl anka)
your desires are already existing in your reality. they are real and already solidified. they are just waiting for you to match their vibrations by enabling yourself to know, realize, and perceive that they are in your physical reality. stop yourself from wanting to know the "how" as that is never your job. it can happen in countless ways, ways a human mind cannot perceive. your job is to realize them.
i know what you're thinking, but spare yourself the angry response before you read this whole thing.
manifestation is not instant because everything Already is.
I understand saying that "manifestation is always instant" may seem limitless and empowering, but it continues to send the message that you (the small you, the human you) are creating something. Of course, never believe anyone that tells you you need to wait for your manifestation - but not because it's instant but because it simply already exists in the Now moment.
For something to be instant it must be made, there must be a before and an after to its existence; this is simply not how manifestation works. It all simply is within awareness - when you imagine an apple, did your brain construct the picture bit by bit in enormous speed or did it refer to an image that already existed within Imagination? Same thing happens with everything else, within Awareness there is All. You don't need to create anything, instantly or not, that is not your burden to bear.
manifestation is now. manifestation already is. there is no process, there is no before and after, it simply is and you are choosing to experience it. you don't need to work.
before dismissing that statement, consider this: everything you know about the world is known through experience.
the room you’re in is an experience.
the thoughts in your mind are experiences.
your memories, imagination, emotions, and perceptions are all experiences.
you never step outside of experience to verify reality from some separate position. everything is encountered through awareness.
this is why some people compare life to a waking dream. not because the world is unreal, but because everything you know about it appears as experience in the same way a dream appears as experience.
the difference is that one is called “dreaming” and the other is called “waking.” which both are known in awareness.
this sounds ridiculous until you actually test it.
most people spend their entire lives treating the senses as the ultimate authority. if they see it, it’s true. if they don’t see it, it isn’t. if they feel it, it matters. if they don’t feel it, it doesn’t.
but have you ever noticed how exhausting that is?
constantly checking, constantly looking, constantly asking the world for permission to believe something.
the senses only seem powerful because we’ve spent years worshipping them as proof.
the moment you stop consulting them every five seconds, they begin to lose their grip. not because they disappear, but because they no longer get the final say.
what you see stops dictating what you know. what you know starts dictating how YOU see. and that’s when something shifts.
the senses are no longer the master. they become another appearance within awareness.
they stop feeling so absolute. so final. so convincing.
because the moment you stop bowing to appearances, appearances stop ruling your experience.
the senses only dominate when you keep handing them authority. drop that authority, and watch how quickly their certainty begins to collapse.
no constant affirming, acknowledging & reacting to the 3d, no methods, no living in the end — just choosing my truth.
my biggest turning point when it comes to manifesting was knowing non-dualism and then understanding that i'm not a person trying to manifest something. there's no me here and my manifestation there. there's no A and B.
i am my manifestation, matter of fact, i am everything. i am the experience. i'm not the human, i am the experience experiencing itself.
after understanding that, labels started to lose meaning. things like "bad" or "good" are meanings created by humans to help us explain how we feel and make us have a criteria to make decisions. those meanings make sense to me because i am, indeed experiencing human life, but i'm not bound to that, i'm beyond that.
as i said, i'm the experience. so, without labels, i started to realize that everything we experience is simply neutral. we are the ones to assign meaning to it, but, at its core, everything is neutral.
i'll give you an example. let's say you crash your car, you're not hurt or anything, but your car doesn't work and you need to take it to a mechanic, the mechanic tells you it's gonna cost a lot of money to fix your car. you'd certainly think "hell, this situation sucks. i have to spend a lot of money and i won't have my car for a few days." you claim this situation is bad. the mechanic on the other hand, thinks "ha! this dumbass crashes their car and now i'll get a lot of money!" he claims this situation is good.
same situation. two completely different interpretations. everything we experience simply is. not bad, not good. it just is. you can decide its meaning.
okay, got that. so how do i manifest with this?
we've learned that everything is neutral, we are the ones who can assign any meaning to anything. "true" and "false" are meanings created by humans, not set in stone laws. see what i'm getting at?
when manifesting, i simply assign meaning to my experience. i decide what is "true" and "false". i look at my initial circumstances, say for example: lack of money, bad skin, no job — and deem it false. deem it simply my imagination. not real. then i say to myself "the truth is actually that i have money, or clear skin, or my dream job." and done. saying it only once is enough. then i move on, and go on with my life knowing what is truth and what isn't.
at moments like these i like to remind myself that i'm not the human. i'm not a human trying to manifest something and i'm not stuck to identifying with something forever. i am the experience, i am the observer of the experience, therefore i can simply identify with a different truth.
that's how i ignore the 3d. or, rather, how i don't. i never force myself to ignore something, specially when it comes to circumstances that are hard to ignore. personally, it just causes me anxiety to force myself to ignore something because of the idea that "if i don't ignore it, i won't get my manifestation". whenever unfavorable circumstances arise, i acknowledge them, and gently remind myself "hmm... no. this is false, the truth is that i already have my desire." and move on. again, i decide what is truth and what isn't, i decide the meaning of everything because i am everything.
finally, i wanna highlight that, for me, 'knowing something is the truth' is not constantly affirming, doing 10 different methods at once, listening to thousands of subliminals until i convince myself. i also don't have to constantly be happy and gleeful about having my manifestation. i simply have to know it is the truth and naturally sustain that truth. like: when you got your dream phone, you were very happy for the first few days, but a year later with that phone, you're out of that "honeymoon phase", you just know you have it and... yeah. that's all there is to it. i simply have to know my manifestation as a natural and instinctive truth. doesn't matter what circumstances i see because i can simply deem them imaginary/false and still know my truth, sustain that truth for as long as i want.
et voila! there you have it, how i manifest! i simply live my life knowing what it is and what isn't truth and... yeah. everything just unfolds without me having to do much. everything is malleable, play with reality, you're the experience. bye bye 🪷
I know this may sound backwards and even preposterous to some of you but it does not make it any less true; you need to do LESS, not more.
so much of the modern spiritual climate online relies on working WITH your limiting beliefs rather than helping you dismantle them, this is why so many people develop burnout or think manifestation doesnt work. Spirituality is not about grinding, it's not about trying or becoming or even "impressing the subconscious" through repetition: it is fundamentally about Allowing. Accepting the power that is truly and intrinsically part of you. You don't need to become God, or coerce your subconscious into accepting you are Source: you allow yourself to exist in the Now moment (the only thing that exists) and that which you desire will flow to you. It really is that easy.
When we learn about manifestation, we sometimes think we have escaped the ego but truly we have just built a new version of it. "I control my reality, I am God. I create it all" and then we believe it is our Mind that creates it all and we put an unbearable weight on our shoulders - we think its our responsibility to make it all good. We panic if we don't have a perfect mental diet, we think that if we have negative thoughts bad things will happen. Let me tell you something that is really important: you are inducing OCD patterns and behaviors in yourself. That is not what Enlightenment should be. Neville said Freedom for All, not Anxiety Disorders for All.
So, let me tackle the fears that I know are awakening within you:
You are one with God (Source, the Universe, All that is, any word you would rather use). We all understand that, right? If you are with God why would you need to repeat your desire thousands of times to make it true, do you think God doesnt know what your human self desires? Let it come to you.
No, you aren't giving up on your manifestations by doing less. You are giving yourself the fulfillment NOW, accepting that in your Divine power you can give yourself the feeling you crave rather than giving the illusory 3D object the power to make you or destroy you.
Here is the illogical truth of reality: The moment you accept yourself that's when you change. The moment you accept your world that's when it shifts. Enjoy the Now and Blessings will come.
if you're looking for a key, a click when it comes to manifestation, let me tell you that the only thing that matters is love.
I know this sounds like some sappy useless nonsense, but allow me to clarify. don't you feel like you have spent all your life wanting to be fulfilled? imagining this better version of yourself, and waiting to have this or be that in order to finally feel content? And then you discover LOA and think "Oh! I can have it all"; and so you affirm and visualize and ultimately continue to place your fulfillment in this imaginary future conception of yourself. "when I have my manifestation I will finally be happy" But let me tell you: there will always be more to want.
Now, does that mean you should abandon desire? Try your best to avoid it? No! Not at all! As William Blake said:
He who desires, but acts not, breeds pestilence.
To desire not to desire, to repress your human need to enjoy and be fulfilled, is futile and will poison your Mind.
What I mean is that, perhaps, you need to rethink your framework entirely: not "how can I have it?" and more "how can I be? how can I enjoy NOW?". not How can I get SP to love me, but how can I feel loved now, how can I feel like im loved right. this. instant. And the plain truth here is that you just choose to, I swear.
Close your eyes and fulfill your desires in Imagination, grant yourself the pleasure NOW and assume it to be true. Seek for nothing else and I promise that the world of the Senses will follow. Allow yourself happiness and fulfillment now; not when 3D aligns, not when you have this or that, but now.
Imagine out of LOVE, not Lack. As soon as a desire occurs to you, fulfill it -> that IS the ultimate self concept, to deem yourself worthy of having your desires as soon as they appear, without having to work for it. Love yourself enough to grant yourself the pleasure, Love your inner world enough to drown the fearful thoughts, Love the Inner Man enough to know that he is real and he is you, but also Love the Outer Man because he allows you to experience your desires through the senses.
Just let go and LOVE. Don't fear your current circumstances, but love your desires so much that fear and opposing thoughts dont even stand a chance.
This is part of a longer quote from Neville's Freedom for All (an absolute must read for those of you who have already read the basics). As a foreword, understand that my usage of the word God here is not referring to an external entity in the shape of a man with its own ineffable will - by God I mean the Divine, that which is within you and your truest form. The whole passage reads like this:
Now that you have discovered your I AM, your consciousness to be God, do not claim anything to be true of yourself that you would not claim to be true of God, for in defining yourself, you are defining God.
This is not a Christian teaching, quite the opposite, it is the easiest answer to all your questions about reality creation or (quote unquote) manifestation. Let me make this clearer. When someone asks "Is instant manifestation real?" you must wonder... Does God ever wait? Did God say "Let there be light" and then wait for days or months, hoping to see the light appear? Did God (or Source, or the Universe, or All That Is or truly any name you would rather use) need to affirm "there is light there is light there is light" 10k times to see light? No, God stated and moved on to the next thing.
Never adscribe limitations to yourself that you would never use to define God, because you are one with God. Not you as in the ego, the identity you have accepted and stuck after I AM, but the essence of you. Don't look at 3D to prove to you that you are capable, God does not need outside validation. Close your eyes and conjure the feeling and know it to be done.
I talk about this more in depth in my guide but I still wanted to talk about it briefly here (although, I encourage all of you to download the whole doc which you can get for free!!).
i need you to take a deep breath and realize nothing is that serious. i swear, it isn't.
No circumstance is big enough, or challenging enough, that it cannot be undone by imagination. you can close your eyes now and see yourself living the scenario where everything has worked out for you. and isn't imagination the blueprint for the world of the senses? isn't it all an extension of you? then, why not have more fun with life?
I promise that manifestation becomes infinitely quicker and more enjoyable when you allow yourself to Play. find your inner child and tap into that innate sense of creation: a child doesn't perform being a doctor or a pirate when they play, they just ARE that. they understand that they can be everything they want, allow that to be your mindset as well!
Nothing is that serious, i swear! allow yourself to enjoy states and not obsess over results. does a kid wonder whether playing a prince enough times, if doing it well enough, will turn them into "an actual prince"? no! they are a prince and that's all they need!
For the longest time I also obsessed over doing things the right way, about when results would come because then that would be "proof". I tried to run everything through my logical mind first and I let my anxiety override my Inner Man: and things wouldn't show up for me, because I was Afraid.
Afraid that 3D would show me the opposite and I would have to accept LOA was fake. Afraid that I would never get my desires and then... what? What about my future, what about this and that? But then I realized - I was placing my fulfillment in the future, and the future never comes; it simply doesn't exist. Everything is just Now.
So, here's the deal: I decided to be fulfilled Now, to have fun Now, to Play. No techniques, no plans for how many days I would have to persist or for how long I would have to affirm - i decided to be my new identity in the same way a child adopts a new self. a choice and a genuine enjoyment. that's all you need
I know plenty of you (hey! myself included!) have worried and panicked about a certain manifestation taking too long before. I am here to tell you something:
time does not exist in imagination
If you want something you can have it NOW in Imagination, not only that but the more you try, the more you won't be able to prove that past or future exist, right? "I have memories" which are thoughts you are experiencing now. "I can picture something that happened, I can look at pictures" which you are imagining now, or looking at NOW.
Why would this be reassuring to you? Easy! Because the time you think your desire is taking is actually meaningless. It's as easy for you to get it now than it was 2 weeks ago, or 6 months ago, or even years ago! Time does not equal failure.
And let me tell you something even more important: time does not equal success either! We manifest some things instantly, sure! Some people may tell you they manifest EVERYTHING instantly, but let me ask you, so what? They are not more successful because they get things "faster", because fast and slow don't exist.
I will tell you something else that may help you:
it didn't take (x time) to manifest, it took you that much time to accept it was yours to begin with
which is to say, you are not failing! it is taking you longer than you would want to accept that its yours? that's okay! you are I AM but you are also the human part of you, and your human wants to protect you by fighting back against the unknown. the leap of faith is easier sometimes, and extremely scary some other times. you will get it in 3D, you will! you cannot fail, you simply have to soothe yourself until you feel ready to be brave and accept that its yours.
so often we hear the question "can I manifest X if I don't believe?" and I think any answer to it would be wrong, because the question itself is misinformed: let's talk about it.
what do you mean by believe?
here's the thing - when you say you believe do you mean you have no doubts? do you mean you have the logical certainty? in that case, no! you don't have to believe to manifest. doubts and logic are the voice of the Mind, and the Mind, just like the rest of our human brain, is a part of the physical world and therefore cannot alter what you create in Imagination.
"so why did you say that there's no correct answer to this question?" because you do need to believe in order to manifest. but not in the way many of us think of believing - allow me to present a new idea: to believe is to have faith, and to have faith is a choice. an active choice to assume something to be true even in the face of uncertainty. that is what faith is, and therefore that is what I mean by believing.
you need to have faith in the reality of your imaginal act; and here's the catch, by that i dont mean you need to believe you have it in 3D, i mean you have to believe that you Have It. In Imagination, the only place that matters. You need to have Faith in your Inner Man. that is the belief that matters.
the only thing God (and by that I mean your Imagination, your Awareness) asks of you is what every God, in every scripture, has ever asked for: trust, faith, belief. even when you have no tangible proof, to take a leap of faith and They (You) will deliver.
Hi, I really like the way you practice the law, it feels so simple. I would like to hear your opinion about some ideas that I have.
For example, I have a dream life that I want. So I assume that that I have it. (With no proof or actual belief, etc)
After I might forget about my desire, or not affirm/visualise enough, or not feel connected to my dream life. Then I impose three conditions on me having my desires, I cannot forget about it, I need to affirm/visualise for it, and I must feel connected to it.
Afterwards my entire attention goes to correcting those behaviours, because I ASSUMED that if I don't meet those conditions, I don't have my desires/I won't get them. That obviously will not fulfill me and I'll get burned out.
Before, I felt weird when I didn't do "things". Because my assumptions about myself and my world just kept coming back to the same stuff I've assumed for literal decades. It felt like my default mode. It fucking sucked seeing my identity just come back to the old story. I felt and still feel like I need to make an effort of some sort.
With the whole dream/revised life thing, it's like I need to change myself and BECOME the person that has it in order to have my desires. It feels like I'm chasing change, obviously I get burned out.
Fulfilment feels like building, like I need to make something happen.
But after reading the power of awareness by neville, manifestation seems more about understanding/realising I already have my desires. No actual change in sight.
(I also just noticed that when I detach from having a mind(thoughts, feelings, emotions) and a body(senses) there's nothing that truly proves that I don't have my desires. There's also nothing that truly proves that I have my desires. Everything that I "conceptualize" in consciousness immediately "is". There's no getting or becoming. If I state/affirm "I have a car" ➡ I get into the state of owning of a car instantly. With me disregarding the mind and the body, there's no one to agree or disagree with me)
I'll stop basing my identity on my mind and my body, they obviously follow my steps.
Anyway byyye, love your posts (and reblogs), sorry for any orthographic error or whatever, wrote thus on a whim
-😛🤯🤡 anon (can I be your anon?)
hey anon!!! hope youre doing okay
i wholeheartedly empathize with your struggles because ive been there too, feeling like you had to do things and change things in order to get your desires and getting burned out as a consequence. but i think you are in the right track for sure.
the only thing you need to understand in order to consciously choose your reality is that creation is finished, and therefore everything you want (and dont want) already exists and is accessible to you. you (awareness) exist within a field of infinite possibilities, so you are not changing your current reality, you are selecting a new one that begins in Imagination. that is why you dont have to make an effort, because you are simply choosing to change the movie playing in front of you: it would be exactly as tiresome to continue watching the same film.
when you detach from the senses, you realize there truly is nothing to "prove" that you dont have your desires. as william blake said, we look through the eyes and not WITH them. you are behind them.
that being said, you are a human and you are allowed fears and doubts and emotions - tapping into that sense of fulfillment and disembodiment is great, but don't fall into the trap of thinking that you need to be in that state at all times to manifest. simply state "regardless of what I see, think or feel, I already am in my desired reality"
So to "get" something, we just have to be like we have it? Even with others or just imagine having it or thinking we have it?
in a way, yes! you just have to realize that you already have everything in Awareness (aka Imagination) and you simply decide what you have in the world of the senses. it's a question of choosing and sticking to that decision, in whatever way that works for you.
for me, I like to imagine. I simply take pleasure in closing my eyes and loving that which I can conjure in imagination - while also knowing that by Feeling those things I am changing Self, and changing Self leads to something different projecting in the world of the senses. I have found this to be both the most enjoyable and quicker way for me to manifest, because I don't really feel the need to check the 3D. Also, I have just taken on the habit of simply giving myself whatever I desire in Imagination as soon as the feeling of want comes to me.
For instance, imagine I see someone who is very loved by their friends - my old programming wants to run this feeling of envy or awe, but instead I remember I already have it all and that there is nothing to change but Self, so I close my eyes, I picture that I have it, and go about my day.
"You are not your thoughts, you observe them. You cannot be something and observe it at the same time." It sounds very simple, but I don't quite understand it. I don't know how to explain it. Is there an exercise to help me grasp it better? Because simply observing my thoughts makes it perfectly clear to me
hello!! thanks for asking, i hope i can help you understand this better.
i do believe that meditation is a very helpful practice to tangibly see how you can exist while the thoughts have stopped. i have talked about this previously when others have asked me similar questions to the one you are posing, however, i want to try something different this time and see if this helps you.
think of a pink elephant.
now think of that pink elephant wearing a top hat with a feather.
scrape the elephant altogether: think of a boat.
the boat is in the middle of the sea, and there is a storm.
now, think of an ice cream melting all over someone's hand.
did your identity change when you thought of these things? what i mean is, did you feel like You were fundamentally different when you were thinking about the elephant than when you were picturing the boat? or did you remain the same, while the image changed?
if you are capable of switching from one thought to another without Self changing, that means you are not your thoughts - Otherwise, changing your thoughts would change who you are. Instead, you are the one who is Aware of these thoughts, you are the observer.
Imagination isn't some meaningless picture you rotate in your brain
the version of You in Imagination is the Real You. visualizing is fulfillment - with the extra perk that it reflects in 3D because reality comes from You.
when you give up on Mind, or Rationality, or Ego, or whatever you want to label it - and accept that you are limitless in Awareness/Imagination, you will always be immediately fulfilled.
