This has got to be one of tastiest creations yet! Since doing the #ardbeibodychallenge Iâve maintained a good balanced diet allowing me to transform my body quickly, maintain muscle form and reduce body fat.
Coconut Glory has a range of benefits, âeating coconut meat appears to protect against heart disease and stroke as well. As it turns out, coconut meatâs measurable vitamins A and E, and polyphenols and phytosterols, all work together to decrease the levels of LDL cholesterol, which are fats that stay in the blood and in skin tissues and high levels of which have been found a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.â
Filled with #Strawberries, #Raspberries, #Blueberry and #Plantain and topped with organic honey and whole oats your sure to get your daily fiber intake along with some friendly antioxidants :)
You will need:
1 Small or Medium fresh coconut (a hammer to open the coconut OUCH! BE CAREFUL / Check out this video on how to open a Coconut safety here.)
Handfull of the below:
Organic Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and fried or grilled Plantain Banana.
2 Tablespoons of raw Honey
1 Teaspoon of organic oats.
3 Tablespoons of plain yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
DO IT!!
Step1 - Crack open the coconut! If you donât know how check the link above on how to open a coconut safety.
Step2 - Open the coconut over a container to drain that special water!
Step3- Place plain yogurt (or flavour of your choice) in the bottom of your coconut as the base.
Step4 - Put all ya fruit in!!! Arrange as your heart desires! Make it look pretty!
Step5 - Drizzle or drown in honey - Just slap it all over!
Step6 - Get your oats and sprinkle till ya heart tinkles!
EAT IT!!

This recipe allows 3-4 uses for the full body :)
1/4Â cup organic ground coffee
1/4 cup organic brown sugar
2 table spoons organic coconut oil
1 tea spoon virgin olive oil
